Counselling
TCCounselling offers a safe space to explore what is happening by talking and sharing, to understand why you feel and act the way you do and what you might do about it thereby increasing your self-awareness, and to act by making changes in responses and behaviours (or not) and bring about changes you would like, including accepting or letting go.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, Tanya would follow the exploration of these experiences as it is shared, whether you are a young person or an adult. Tanya offers a variety of ways to do this, from the traditional talking, through the use of creative resources and or through play items that are provided.
This is done over 8 sessions that last 50minutes and can be face to face, via Zoom or over the phone.
